Customers expressly acknowledge that placing an order with the webshop, and accepting the Purchase Agreement and Terms and Conditions, entail for them payment obligations.

All of the citizens of the Europian Union have the opportunity to order, and we can provide the delivery in all Europe.

By examining and fully accepting the Terms and Conditions of purchase, customers can enter into a contract with Onixcom in a way detailed below:

1. Information about important features of the product
In the webshop a data sheet carries information about each product to offer preliminary orientation for customers.
By accepting the Purchase Agreement customers make it expressly clear that they have been informed about all the important features of the product(s) to be purchased.

2. Prices
The price shown in the list of products and the data sheet of products is the retail price of the product concerned. It does not include the cost of home delivery.

The prices are valid until the cancellation or modification of the relevant list of products.

Onixcom obliges itself to charge the price that is valid on the day when the product concerned is ordered. Onoxcom’s order confirmation shall include that price plus the cost of transport.

If customers decide to modify or combine their orders, the modified order shall be handled in compliance with the conditions relevant at the time of the modification.

3. Registration
Costumers can place an order withot registration. Registration can be made in the following way:

Upon clicking on the menu item MY ACCOUNT, please supply your name, e-mail address as username, and a password of your choice.
Supplying an e-mail address and a password means that in the course of registration and purchase natural persons act in person and business entities act through their representatives.

An e-mail address may only be connected to a single registration. Registration includes the supply of certain data because they are necessary for fulfilling the order and issuing the invoice. Customers may check on the correctness of those data at any time. Before finalizing an order they may modify or cancel them by using the menu item [My Account]

Customers may correct mistakes in the supply of their data before finalizing their contractual legal statement.

Once the data have been finalized and supplied, they may not be modified. Full liability shall rest with the customer if the data supplied are erroneous or false.

Onixcom Ltd has the right to delete registration that is evidently erroneous or false. If the validity of a registration is doubtful, Onixcom has the right to countercheck it.
Please click on the menu item [Privacy Statement] for information on the protection and processing of personal data.
During registration a message is sent to customer’s e-mail address. It enables customers to validate their registration. That is meant to avoid registration by mistake.

4. Signing in
Registered customers may sign in at the menu item [MY ACCOUNT] by supplying their e-mail address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the menu item [I have forgotten my password] and supply the e-mail address that you gave at registration. You will be sent a new password.

5. Purchase. Filling the shopping cart

Costumers may buy a product in the webshop by using the calculator. After the calculating process an order can be placed.
Before finalizing an order by clicking on the menu item [Finalizing an Order] you may modify or cancel the content of the shopping cart at any time after clicking on the menu item [Editing the shopping cart].
The purchase data may not be modified after they have been submitted. If you still find it inevitable to modify them, please contact Onoxcom’s staff by using the above contact information.
Customers acknowledge that finalizing their order shall be interpreted as a binding offer.
By submitting their orders, customers accept the Purchase Agreement. If they fail to honour its stipulations, they breach a contract and might be liable to damages.

6. Payment

Payment for the product may be done online or via bank transfer, as a part of the order procedure.

We would like to kindly inform you about the payment method which is assured by Barion Payment Inc. (address: H-1117, Budapest, Irinyi József Street 4-20. 2. floor) via the BARION system. You are able to find further information about the management of datas on the following website.:

Customers may make online payment via the Barion server or instant bank transfer. When you initiate online payment, you will soon see a window that refers to the Onoxcom webshop and the sum payable. Please check the sum payable before finalizing payment. To pay, customers must have an embossed bank card (EC/MC or VISA) or a virtual card having identical features (as for instance, an OTP WEB card). Please supply the bank card’s number and date of expiry as indicated on the card. When you click on the menu item “Payment,” the payment transaction is fulfilled.
Customers always get a confirmation about the fulfillment of payment and then they are rerouted to Onoxcom’s webshop.
Occasionally online payment is prevented by a technical error. Payment is not fulfilled and consequently the order concerned has not been placed if the financial transaction fails for whatever reason or if the customer is not rerouted from the bank’s website to Onoxcom’s webshop.
Using online payment the User can pay via Barion server. The general terms and conditions that applies to the Buyers who uses the Barion service is avaible at https://www.barion.com/en/. After the download is complete a new window pops up automatically, which includes the money transfer to Onixcom’s webshop, where the purchase was started and the amount owed by the countervalue of the purchase. The owed value must be checked by the customer before the beginning of the payment.

7. Order confirmation

Confirmation of orders is done via a feedback e-mail message.
The software system of the webshop automatically assigns to each valid order an order number. That order number is included in the automatic feedback e-mail message that is sent to the customer’s e-mail address without delay but within 48 hours of the order at the latest.
Only orders that have an order number can be considered as valid.
If a problem arises in connection with an order, a staff member of Onixcom sends an e-mail to the customer.
If – due to a technical error – you do not receive the e-mail message confirming your order within two working days of your order, please contact Onoxcom’s staff at any of the above contact details.

8. Home delivery
Please not that we can provide the delivery only in Europe.

If the product cannot be delivered through the customer’s fault, Onixcom will make a second attempt to deliver the product free of charge at a time that is discussed with the customer in advance. If however Onoxcom cannot contact a customer through the customer’s fault or if even Onoxcom’s second delivery attempt fails, then Onoxcom has the right unilaterally to cancel the agreement immediately, unilaterally and without any legal consequences. In such cases Onoxcom will remit the purchase price – minus the cost of delivery – to customer’s bank account.
If customer voices a complaint concerning the quantity or quality of the product when the product is handed over, said product shall be delivered back to Onoxcom. If the complaint is justified, Onoxcom shall contact customer by e-mail to find a new delivery time and date and shall fulfil repeated delivery free of charge. If the complaint is unjustified, the costs entailed shall be borne by customer.
Customers commit themselves to take over their purchase and pay its price in compliance with the order.
The order will be delivered by our contractual partners. Our partner in Hungary is the GLS delivery service.

9. Cancelling purchase
Cancelling an order is only possible before the manufacturing process as the products are customised to the Customers’ need.
The withdrawal deadline ends upon the 14th day from the day You or someone you assign, or a third partymember receives the package from the courier.

You will practice your right of withdrawal within the deadline if you send your notice of withdrawal to [email protected] e-mail before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.

Legal effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, immediately but no later than 14 days from the receipt of your statement of withdrawal, we will refund all compensation paid by you, which includes the transportation cost too (except for additional costs occurred as a result of you choosing a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport offered by us. For refunds, we will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly consent to the use of another method of payment you will not incur any additional costs as a result of using this refund method. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods back or You have not confirmed that you returned it the earlier of the two dates shall be taken into account. You must return or return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification of your withdrawal. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the 14-day time limit. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you and you are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if it is due to use in excess of that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

10. WarrantyOnixcom accepts the warranty that all its products are of the specified quality as requested by Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code (Articles 6:159 and 6:168 of the Hungarian Civil Code).
Warranty period:
• Value of product: 10.000 – 100.000 HUF: 1 year warranty
• Value of product: 100.000 – 250.000 HUF: 2 year warranty
• Value of product 250 000 HUF or above: 3 year warranty

A Purchase Agreement is valid for a definite period; it enters into effect upon the approval of the order and it terminates after the order has been fulfilled. The contract is valid until the parties have fulfilled all their obligations towards each other.

11. Handling complaints

Onoxcom is committed to fulfilling all orders in an appropriate quality to the utmost satisfaction of the customers.
If however customers should have some complaints concerning the Purchase Agreements or their fulfilment, they may send their complaints to the e-mail address [email protected], which can be found at the menu item “Contact”, they may call the customer service number +3623750850. Onixcom shall examine complaints within 30 days of their arrival at the latest and shall inform customers about the results of the inquiry and shall also inform complainants about potential legal remedies should the complaint be rejected.

Once the purchase has been taken over by customer, complaints about quality may be submitted, and will be treated, in a way described above. Onoxcom might ask customer to send back the product for laboratory examination. If a qualitative complaint is found justified – supposing the error occurred before the product was handed over – Onoxcom shall replace the product free of charge or shall repay the purchase price – whichever is requested by customer.
